DESCRIPTION:Gabrielė is a winner of twenty-one international piano competitions where she also received numerous special awards. Most recently\, she was awarded 1st Prize at the 74th Royal Over-Seas League Music Competition\, and was also selected as an artist for the Kirckman Concert Society. In 2023\, Gabrielė received 1st Prize at the Chappell Medal Piano Competition\, and in 2022 she won the 2nd Prize and the Audience Prize at the Birmingham International Piano Competition. She was also the recipient of the prestigious Mills Williams Junior Fellowship 2022/23. For her musical achievements\, Gabrielė received Lithuanian Republic Presidents’ certificates of appreciation six times. \nIn addition to being a soloist\, Gabrielė frequently performs with chamber ensembles and symphony orchestras. Last year\, she performed Grieg’s Piano Concerto with the Grammy-nominated Kaunas Symphony Orchestra\, conducted by Markus Huber. In 2023\, Gabrielė performed this Concerto with the YMSO at the Cadogan Hall\, conducted by James Blair. DESCRIPTION: Following his European recital debut at the Concertgebouw Kleine Zaal\, Amsterdam and concerto debut with the Gulbenkian Orchestra\, Lisbon\, Cristian has continued to receive invitations to some of Europe’s prestigious venues. Season 26/27 highlights include his debut with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra\, re-engagements with the London Mozart Players\, the release of his debut solo album for Chandos Records\, Delius’ Violin Concerto at St. George’s Bristol\, and his continuing partnerships with pianists Andrey Gugnin and Keigo Mukawa bring his specific focus of French music to wider attention. Further concerto and recital performances have taken place at Athenuem Bucharest\, Stiftung Mozarteum Salzburg\, Grande Auditório Lisbon\, Festival Ravel (St. Jean-de-Luz)\, Sheldonian Theatre\, Stoller Hall\, Wigmore Hall and his recital at the Salle Cortot in Paris\, of the two violin sonatas by Fauré\, received wide critical acclaim. He has collaborated on stage with eminent musicians including Renaud Capuçon and Maxim Vengerov\, and his frequent radio appearances are for Radio France\, France Musique\, BBC Radio Three and Four\, Classic FM\, RTP Portugal and TVR Romania. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBorn in England of Portuguese and Italian heritage\, Cristian de Sá began his studies with his longtime professor\, Maurice Hasson\, aged 13\, at the Royal Academy of Music as a Leverhulme Scholar. SUMMARY:THE PEARL TRIO - violin\, clarinet & piano
DESCRIPTION:The Pearl Trio was formed back in 2020 when Leo\, Bríona\, and Tim were all students at the Royal Academy of Music. Since then\, they have played in various venues and popular lunchtime recital series including Regent Hall and Royal Overseas League in London\, with future concerts booked at Champs Hill and Chichester Cathedral. The trio’s equal passion for both folk music and jazz have led them to perform repertoire by Armenian composers Khachaturian and Arutiunian\, as well as works by Stravinsky and Milhaud. Pianist Tim Rumsey has also arranged and composed new music to widen their repertoire further\, including works by Gershwin and Billy Mayerl. \nRecently honoured as an Associate of the Royal Academy of Music\, Tim Rumsey is a UK based soloist and chamber musician\, having delighted audiences at venues including the Wigmore Hall\, Chichester Cathedral and Champs Hill\, as well as concert halls further afield in Italy and Spain. Tim launched his debut album\, Transcriptions\, in Autumn 2025 to great acclaim\, being ranked No.4 in Textura’s Top 20 for 2025 (Instrumental). \nLeo Kerr graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in 2023\, having previously attended St Mary’s Music School where he played Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto with the school’s orchestra after winning their concerto prize. Leo has performed in venues such as the Queen Elizabeth Hall and Snape Maltings alongside the London Sinfonietta and Knussen Chamber Orchestra\, as well as live on BBC Radio Scotland and Radio 3. \nBríona Mannion is a passionate chamber musician and soloist who has performed at prestigious festivals and venues such as the Gstaad Menuhin Festival\, Pablo Casals Festival\, Dublin National Concert Hall and the Queen’s Hall Edinburgh. Bríona completed her Bachelor’s degree with First Class Honours at the Royal Academy of Music\, and her Master’s at the Haute École de Musique Lausanne.

DESCRIPTION:With an extraordinary career spanning over five decades\, Martin Roscoe is unarguably one of the UK’s best loved pianists. Renowned for his versatility at the keyboard\, Martin is equally at home in concerto\, recital and chamber performances. His enduring popularity and the respect in which he is universally held are built on a deeply thoughtful musicianship and his easy rapport with audiences and fellow musicians alike. Martin is Artistic Director of Ribble Valley International Piano Week and the Manchester Chamber Concerts Society. \nWith a repertoire of over 100 concertos performed or recorded\, Martin continues to work regularly with many of the UK’s leading orchestras\, having especially close links with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra\, BBC National Orchestra of Wales\, BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra\, Hallé Orchestra\, Manchester Camerata\, Northern Chamber Orchestra and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra\, where he has given over ninety performances. Other orchestral highlights have included BBC Symphony Orchestra and Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Martin also performs widely across Europe\, Canada\, Australia and the Far East\, sharing the concert platform with eminent conductors such as Sir Simon Rattle\, Sir Mark Elder\, Gianandrea Noseda\, and Christoph von Dohnányi. \nA prolific recitalist and chamber musician\, Martin tours the UK extensively every season\, including regular appearances at Wigmore Hall and Kings Place. He has long-standing associations with Peter Donohoe\, Kathryn Stott\, Tasmin Little and the Endellion and Maggini Quartets as well as more recent collaborations with Jennifer Pike\, Liza Ferschtman and the Brodsky and Carducci Quartets. One of his most important ensembles\, the Cropper Welsh Roscoe Trio (2005-2016)\, performed many times across the UK\, most notably at Wigmore Hall. \nHaving made over 600 broadcasts\, including seven BBC Prom appearances\, Martin is one of the most regularly played pianists on BBC Radio 3. Martin has also made many commercial recordings for labels such as Hyperion\, Chandos and Naxos. He has recorded the complete piano music of Dohnányi \,Nielsen and Szymanowski\, as well as four discs in the Hyperion Romantic Piano Concerto series. For the Deux-Elles label\, Martin has recorded the complete Beethoven piano sonatas\, for which he received unanimous critical acclaim. \nTeaching has always formed an important part of Martin’s life and the development of young talent helps him to constantly re-examine and re-evaluate his own playing. SUMMARY:INTESA Viols & Voice [TBC]
DESCRIPTION:Intesa is a duo for voice and viol formed by Lucine Musaelian and Nathan Giorgetti\, dedicated to exploring the rich relationship between voice and viol through self-accompanied performance. Recent highlights include appearances at the Resonanzen Festival in Vienna in both 2025 and January 2026\, returning to a full house at the Wiener Konzerthaus’s Mozart-Saal. International engagements have also taken them to the Utrecht Fabulous Fringe Festival\, the ECOS Festival in Spain\, and the Munich Residenzwoche in Germany. In the United States\, the duo made their New York debut at the Harold Pratt House and in the Gotham Early Music Scene Midtown Concerts series. \nIn the UK\, Intesa performs regularly and has appeared in the Leeds International Concert Season\, the Stoke Newington Early Music Festival\, the Islington Arts Festival\, and the Two Moors Festival\, as well as on a Scotland tour supported by the Tunnell Trust. They have also given several sold-out concerts at Handel Hendrix House and Fidelio Café in London\, and held a residency at the National Centre for Early Music as part of the York Early Music Christmas Festival and the Baroque Around the Books series. \nUpcoming engagements include a recital at St Martin-in-the-Fields\, appearances at the Beverley Festival of Early Music and the Swaledale Festival\, and a concert at the Utrecht Early Music Festival in summer 2026. \nIntesa was formed in 2023 at the Royal Academy of Music. The ensemble’s name\, an Italian word meaning “understanding” or “meeting of minds”\, reflects the collaborative ethos at the heart of their work. Their programmes place folk and early music repertoire side by side\, bringing together European and Armenian traditions through narrative and self-accompanied performance.

DESCRIPTION:Spanish/Basque accordionist Iñigo Mikeleiz-Berrade and Canadian saxophonist David Zucchi met in London in 2019 as recent graduates of the Royal Academy of Music and the Royal College of Music\, and discovered a common desire to approach performance in a way that reflected their personalities\, interests\, and cultures. Their debut album\, ContraDANCE\, was released on Delphian Records in February 2026; in addition to coverage from BBC Radio 3 (Record Review and In Tune)\, Radio Clásica (Spain) and CBC’s In Concert (Canada – where it was Record of the Week)\, it has received acclaim from Gramophone Magazine and Melómano magazine.Recent appearances include Wigmore Hall\, Edinburgh Fringe\, St Martin-in-the-Fields\, Barnes Music Festival\, Newbury Spring Festival\, Music@Malling\, Musiquem Lleida\, Buxton International Festival\, and the Rosengart Museum (Luzern). They have appeared on BBC Radio 3’s In Tune and Radio Clásica’s Radar Clásico\, and have been residents at Music at Brel and Ferrandou Musique (France). \nThe duo is dedicated to the generation of new repertoire for their instrumentation\, and have collaborated with composers including Robin Haigh\, Aileen Sweeney\, Roxanna Albayati\, Annabel Kershaw\, Brian Elias\, Benjamin Oliver\, Michael Hughes\, and Alex Paxton. DESCRIPTION:Robin Michael enjoys a diverse and varied career as soloist\, chamber musician\, orchestral principal and teacher. He is solo cellist with Orchestre Les Siècles\, principal cellist in John Eliot Gardiner’s Orchestre Revoluonnaire et Romantique\, and solo cellist with Les Musiciens du Prince (Monaco). In addition to these positions he is regular guest principal cellist with the Australian Chamber Orchestra\, Scottish Chamber Orchestra\, BBC National Orchestra of Wales\, Royal Stockholm Philharmonic\, Britten Sinfonia\, English Chamber Orchestra\, English National Opera and Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. \nRecent concert highlights include complete Bach and Britten suite cycles in France and London\, the South Korean premier of Jonathan Harvey’s Advaya for cello and electronics\, the UK premier of Steve Reich Cello Counterpoint and the world premiere of Alasdair Nicolson’s cello concerto. Robin is artistic director of the Kinnordy Chamber Music festival in Scotland\, now in its tenth year and was recently elected Associate of the Royal Academy of Music (ARAM). He was recently appointed artistic director of the concert series at the Museé Marmotten Monet in Paris. \nHuw Watkins is in great demand with orchestras and festivals including the London Sinfonietta\, Britten Sinfonia\, the BBC orchestras and Aldeburgh and Cheltenham Festivals. He has performed globally at concert halls including at the Barbican\, the Wigmore Hall\, the Library of Congress in Washington and the Smithsonian Institute. Strongly committed to the performance of new music\, Huw has given premieres of works by Alexander Goehr\, Tansy Davies\, Michael Zev Gordon and Mark-Anthony Turnage. He recently presented a programme of Hans Werner Henze’s piano works at the BBC’s Total Immersion day at the Barbican. UK recent appearances include Newbury and Peasmarsh Festivals\, Wigmore Hall\, Eaton Square\, Kettle’s Yard Cambridge\, Saffron Walden\, Glasgow\, Bath. Further afield\, Ferrara\, Columbus (USA) with ProMusica Chamber Orchestra\, Domaine Forget and Toronto Summer Music Festival. \nA favourite partner for chamber collaborations\, Huw Watkins performs regularly with his brother Paul Watkins\, as well as Alina Ibragimova\, James Gilchrist\, Daniel Hope\, Nicholas Daniel\, Sebastian Manz\, Mark Padmore\, Carolyn Sampson\, and Alexandra Wood. Recently Huw has featured as both Composer in Residence and pianist at festivals including Presteigne and Lars Vogt’s ‘Spannungen’ Festival in Heimbach\, Germany\, as well as with the Orchestra of the Swan (2012–14).
