Previous concert venues include the Wigmore Hall, St Martin-in-the-Fields, a recent livestreamed concert for the LSO at LSO St Luke’s, as well as many high profile events in London. She took part in the Encuentro de Santander, Philharmonie der Animato European concert tour, Britten-Pears Young Artist “Composition & Performance course”, MDW Tuning In! and Guildhall Creative Entrepreneurs programmes. Helena Ricci made her West End debut during the pandemic with the London Musical Theatre Orchestra. Ricci is an alumna of the Guildhall School of Music & Drama where she studied with Imogen Barford and graduated with the highest honours.

This season Helena Ricci has been part of the DEBUT Horizon scheme, showcasing classical music in unique and unforgettable venues. She is the first harpist ever to have won both a Hattori Foundation Senior Award and a coveted place as a 2022 City Music Foundation Artist.  Outside music, she has a strong interest in books and photography. Among hundreds of videographers taking part in the 2020 “Mixing Colours” competition, her winning film for Brian & Roger Eno’s “Cerulean Blue” was subsequently released as its official music video on the Deutsche Grammophon YouTube channel. Helena Ricci plays a striking red David concert harp manufactured in the Swiss region where luxury watches are made. Fully aware that “it takes a village”, she is very grateful for the support she has received throughout her musical journey.
