Maya Irgalina from Belarus is a prize-winning pianist who has burst on the scene over the last few years performing throughout the UK, Italy, France, Austria, China, Poland, Georgia, Russia and Belarus with highlights including performances at Wigmore Hall and Barbican. She is equally at home with the elegant clarity of Bach and Haydn and the intense, virtuosic romanticism of Rachmaninov and Liszt and more recently has been awarded prizes for her collaborative work as an accompanist with a particular interest in thvoice.
